General Terms and Conditions

Status: November 2025

§ 1 Scope

(1) These GTC apply to all contracts for services (software development, app programming, AI consulting) between Majesty Developers and the client.

(2) Individual agreements have priority.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded by the acceptance of our written offer.

§ 3 Remuneration & Milestones

(1) Services are billed according to milestones or as a fixed price.

(2) Standard payment target: 50% down payment, 50% upon acceptance.

§ 4 Usage Rights

(1) After full payment, the customer receives the exclusive usage right to the developed source code.

(2) Specialized software (e.g. vibecard.de) is subject to separate license models.

§ 5 Warranty

(1) We guarantee the technical function according to the specification for 12 months.

(2) Troubleshooting within this period is free of charge.

§ 6 Liability

We are only liable for gross negligence or intent.

§ 7 Revocation

Information on this can be found in the revocation policy.

§ 8 Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf.

§ 9 Severability Clause

The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the rest.
